Day 1: Departure early morning from San Pedro Sula (airport), Tela or La Ceiba to Tocoa. This city is the focal point of all ethnic groups living in the region: the Garifuna, Miskito and Pech. Day 2: Early morning, we board a 4x4 that will take us on an amazing trip of five hours between jungle and deserted beaches to Palacios, the entrance to the Moskitia. Locals ride up the river in canoes (Pipantes or Tuk Tuk) to make their purchases. Then, we will ride on a tuk tuk (canoe) to get to Raista. We get our first contact with the biosphere of Platano river: noisy fauna, lush flora and lagoon Ibans. In the afternoon, we will visit the Miskito communities: Belem, Cocovilla, Nueva Jerusalem and Kury. Overnight in Raista. Jungle tour expedition Moskitia and tours in la Moskitia HONDURAS

Day 3: Early morning we leave by Tuk Tuk into the rainforest through channels of Platano River for more than 6 hours. Accompanied by the sounds of the jungle, our guide will take us to the Miskito community of Las Marias inhabited by two different ethnic groups: Pech and Miskito who never cut their ties with nature. Trek in the afternoon. Overnight in Las Marias.

Day 4: We will walk in the jungle in the company of our friendly local guides who live in harmony with their forest. Their culture, their mysterious beliefs and stories will surprise you. In the evening, we will go on a surprising night expedition for crocodile and caimans observation. Overnight in Las Marias.

Day 5: We will leave our Miskito and Pech friends from Las Marias returning aboard a canoe for 5 wonderful hours to Raista community. In between the river channels, we might see snakes, crocodiles, monkeys and jaguars that live in the Moskitia biosphère.

6th day: Early morning we will leave to Brus Laguna where we board a small airplane for our return to La Ceiba. Enjoy the extraordinary colors above the Caribbean coast and the tropical forest.
